How Andy Did It - And You Can Too.

On the face of it - Andy had it all.

Massively successful career running healthcare companies . Breaking records, winning awards, the very face of success.

Behind the mask it was very different. A decades-long struggle against heavy drinking of up to a litre of spirits in a sitting.

'Work hard, play hard' had turned into 'Work hard, ruin your life'.

Decades of drinking led to ruined mental and physical health, warnings from his doctors, divorce, and endless trying to regain control and peace of mind.

One day in his local supermarket, he collapsed. A massive panic attack highlighting the insanity of his 'I drink to relax' story he told himself.

Andy had tried everything (or so he thought) - AA meetings, Smart recovery, Talking Therapies, Hypnotherapy and seeing his GP.

The answer, was 'hidden in plain sight' and it took a Michael Jackson song to inspire him to look at things differently.

The effect was so profound, he found others to try it for themselves.

The feedback was unanimous - 'This is huge - you have share it'

And so the FREEDOM programme was born. Andy will go through this in the Bootcamp.

With a degree in Applied Physics, he always wanted to know what was going on 'behind the curtain'.
