Last Friday I turned 60. I began the day by teaching my regular spin class.
0645. 30 people. A decorated studio with F1 merchandise and a fantastic start to my day.
Someone asked me, "How does it feel to be 60?"
My answer? "Better than it felt to be 50"
By 8am I was showered, energised, and ready to celebrate with my friends and family.
I want to show you EXACTLY how this works and why it's different from what you have tried before. Why quitting the booze started the ball rolling on a set of surprising and joyous events
Physically, I was riddled with agonising Gout, my Blood Pressure and Cholesterol were sky high, and I was on anti-depressants for failing mental health.
I had just had a panic attack in my local Tesco and collapsed into the meat fridge, having nto be helped up by a little old lady with a zimmer frame.
Not good.
A few days later, something happened that changed the course of my life forever. It set me on a path to find my answers and flick the switch that AA, rehab, hypnotherapy, counselling and my Doctor never could.
And I want to tell you about it - blow by blow, how I not only stopped drinking, but rediscovered my love for LIFE.
Perhaps you are a business owner living the 'entrepreneurial dream', but finding that your life has got completely out of alignment.
Maybe you are a busy parent, trying to provide for your kids and you simply can't wait for the evening to come where you can uncork that bottle for some decompression and 'me time'.
Or maybe you are simply sick of waking up hating yourself, wracked with guilt and shame, and determined to not drink today, only to find that - yet again - your resolve has evaporated by the middle of that afternoon and the cycle repeats. (I will explain in some detail exactly what is going on here from a neuroscience point of view in the bootcamp and you will see that this isn't your fault.
Maybe you just thought life would be better than this and you are simply scraping by?
What if all of these issues flipped into the positive?
You found a way to smash your business goals without the personal cost You could constructively relax at the end of the day and wake with your batteries recharged, rather than further depleted. You understood how to manage your subconscious mind to make your goals and dreams come true? You simply started to like yourself better because you don't have the burden of this hanging over you. Every. Single. Day.
This is all within your grasp -in the bootcamp Andy will show you why this is different.
Massively successful career running healthcare companies . Breaking records, winning awards, the very face of success.
Behind the mask it was very different. A decades-long struggle against heavy drinking of up to a litre of spirits in a sitting.
'Work hard, play hard' had turned into 'Work hard, ruin your life'.
Decades of drinking led to ruined mental and physical health, warnings from his doctors, divorce, and endless trying to regain control and peace of mind.
One day in his local supermarket, he collapsed. A massive panic attack highlighting the insanity of his 'I drink to relax' story he told himself.
Andy had tried everything (or so he thought) - AA meetings, Smart recovery, Talking Therapies, Hypnotherapy and seeing his GP.
The answer, was 'hidden in plain sight' and it took a Michael Jackson song to inspire him to look at things differently.
The effect was so profound, he found others to try it for themselves.
The feedback was unanimous - 'This is huge - you have share it'
And so the FREEDOM programme was born. Andy will go through this in the Bootcamp.
Andy stepped off the corporate treadmill to help others. Could you be next?

Award-Winning Support
Andy was an award-winning business leader in his corporate career.
With a degree in Applied Physics, he always wanted to know what was going on 'behind the curtain'.
Andy would describe himself as one of the most curious people you will ever meet - never accepting things at face value, it wasn't enough to achieve success, he would always want to know WHY he was successful.
This curiosity led to the creation of the FREEDOM course - he reverse-engineered the process he put himself through (born in the commercial world he achieved such success in) to make it universally accessible for everyone - regardless of their situation.
He knew he couldn't just lock this way in a drawer, and now he brings that relentless drive, problem solving and award-winning coaching skill to help others navigate the tightrope of learning to overcome their addiction.
Andy is quoted as saying, 'This journey has given my own suffering meaning. A combination of empathy & understanding, coupled with a highly respected and validated set of coaching and leadership skills makes this pretty unique.'
Now Andy receives awards for his sobriety work, as well as appearing on TV, Radio and countless podcasts to share his story of hope and positivity.
“I am doing great. I still have not touched a drop of alcohol since starting this programme and I feel amazing. I am now the designated driver and I actually enjoy it. I still go to the pub or out for a meal but I choose to drink other things.”
Harriet, Canada
“I haven't had a drink since finishing the freedom program and I feel fantastic thanks to you and your wonderful program. I've been reading all your emails and go over my notes regularly and I can count on one hand the amount of times I have felt like a drink and amazingly it has passed very quickly.”
Jane, UK
“Thank you so much Andy and I am really grateful that I stumbled across your website as it had truly changed my life for the better.”
